5-Week Lenten Soup Supper / Study Series

Simon Peter: Flawed but Faithful Disciple

Every Thursday, March 14 to April 11        6:30 to 8:15 pm

Simon Peter Book Image

This 5-week study will focus on how an ordinary person heard and followed God’s extraordinary call.   Discover how our own gifts, talents, and abilities can make a difference in today’s world.

We will begin the evening with a simple supper, followed by  a short DVD presentation, which will take us to the Holy Land and Rome, where we will follow Simon Peter's journey from simple fisherman to pillar of the church.   A group discussion will follow.

If you wish to participate but did not pre-order a book, you may order from Amazon, (hard copy or digital), or Cokesbury.

If you wish, you may sign up to bring soup, salad and bread to one or more of

our evenings.  Invite a friend! The sign-up sheet is located in the Great Hall, or you may email the parish office.
